WIRIIYN is an Aboriginal-owned and operated communications and media company. We specialise in creating impactful and meaningful content to enhance your brand and tell your story. 

We work with various organisations, from government and non-profits to private businesses, to create powerful and effective communication strategies to connect with their audience. Our services include Strategic communications planning, content creation, media relations, community engagement, and event planning, all of which are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

WIRIIYN was founded by Larteasha and Anthony Griffen, a Dunghutti husband and wife team driven by a passion for storytelling and education. Our team is made up of a network of skilled, creative, and experienced professionals who work together to create and deliver meaningful and impactful communications content.

Anthony Griffen
Director 

Dunghutti man, Anthony Griffen, has a passion for building and managing high-performing teams. He comes from a background in education spanning over a decade, where he had the opportunity to make a difference through classroom teaching and professional development. Throughout his work in various communities across New South Wales, Anthony has had the privilege to have an influence on the lives of many students and colleagues alike. With a keen eye for compelling storytelling and his attention to detail, Anthony has ensured the development and execution of successful projects for a diverse range of clients. Under Anthony’s leadership, WIRIIYN has been able to produce innovative and effective content that drives real results for our clients. 

Larteasha Griffen
Communications & Project Manager

Larteasha Griffen, A Dunghutti woman, is a seasoned media and communications professional with over 15 years of experience delivering accurate and unique information to the public through various channels. She offers a range of expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and media and communications, including video, online, print and radio. Throughout her career, Larteasha has worked with organisations such as NSW Health, Agency for Clinical Innovation, SBS television, community radio and more, bringing innovation, creativity, and high-quality communications to each project.
