We are proud to have partnered with the NSW Public Service Commission (PSC) on several significant initiatives that promote cultural capability and support Aboriginal workforce development across the NSW public sector.

A key highlight was our contribution to the development of the NSW Aboriginal Cultural Capability Guide. As part of this project, we produced a suite of videos focused on Aboriginal recruitment, onboarding, career development, recognition, and retention. To bring these stories to life, our team travelled across NSW capturing the voices and lived experiences of Aboriginal public sector employees and leaders. These videos were embedded throughout the Guide to support cultural understanding and drive meaningful change across government agencies.

Our collaboration with PSC extended beyond content production. We were honoured to support the delivery of several major events, including the Anti-Racism Forum and International Women’s Day. These events brought together public sector staff and community voices to discuss equity, leadership, and inclusion. Our event support included filming keynote speakers, panel discussions, and audience engagement, ensuring key messages were captured and amplified beyond the day.

In addition, we created an animated video to support the NSW Anti-Racism Guide, using accessible and engaging visuals to help communicate key principles and encourage anti-racist practice across the public sector.
