We are proud to have worked with Aboriginal Affairs NSW (AANSW) on the delivery of the Food Equity Symposium held on 5-6 September 2023. This groundbreaking event brought together approximately 200 participants from cross-sector organisations and communities to address food inequity affecting Aboriginal communities across NSW.

The event management aspect of the project involved coordinating a complex two-day program featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, and collaborative workshops. Day 1 included high-profile speakers such as The Hon. Minister David Harris, Craig Foster AM, and Stan Grant, alongside community representatives and industry experts. Day 2 focused on interactive workshops where participants shared knowledge and developed pathways for achieving food equity in NSW.

Our video production services captured the entire symposium, documenting keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshop sessions. We provided coverage that preserved the valuable insights and community voices shared throughout the event. The video content was designed to extend the symposium's impact beyond the physical attendees, ensuring the important conversations around food security could reach broader audiences.

We also delivered livestreaming services, enabling remote participation and real-time engagement for those unable to attend in person. This digital component was crucial for maximising community access to the discussions and ensuring Aboriginal voices from across NSW could contribute to this vital conversation.
